1. What services do you offer at your grooming salon?
   - We offer a range of services, including Classic Cuts, Premium Styling, Wash & Mini Groom.

2. How often should I get my pet groomed?
   - Depending on the breed, coat type, and your pet's lifestyle, grooming frequency can vary. Typically, every 4-6 weeks is recommended for most breeds.

3. Do you groom all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats?
   - Yes, we groom all breeds and sizes. However, certain breeds or styles may require specialized grooming techniques.

4. What is the difference between "Groomers/Classic Cuts" and "Stylists/Premium Styling"?
   - Our "Classic Cuts" are time sensitive & cost-effective solutions designed for short haircuts. In contrast, "Premium Styling" offers a bespoke grooming experience tailored to individual pet needs, allowing for more lavish styles.

5. Is it safe to get my puppy or kitten groomed?
   - Yes, we recommend starting grooming early to get them acclimated to the process usually between 3-4 months old. Typically we just do a bath & trim around the feet and eyes to ensure a positive experience.

6. My dog is aggressive. Can I still bring him in?
   - Please notify us in advance if your dog has aggressive tendencies. We'll do our best to accommodate, but safety for all is our priority.

7. What products do you use? Are they safe for sensitive pets?
   - We have a wide range of safe pet products for people to choose from. If your pet has specific allergies or sensitivities, please let us know, and we'll make appropriate recommendation. 

8. Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
   - Appointments are required for grooming services, however same day appts may be available for baths and sometimes grooming.
Nail Trims are available Monday-Saturday from 8AM-2:30PM

9. What should I do to prepare my pet for grooming?
   - Make sure your pet has had a chance to relieve themselves. It's also helpful if they've had a bit of exercise to burn off excess energy.

10. Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?
   - Yes, we have a loyalty program. Visit us in store to learn more about our rewards program.

11. How long does a grooming session typically take?
   - The duration can vary based on the service, breed, and condition of your pet's coat. On Average Basic Grooming takes 2-3 hours, Style grooms 3 hours, and Baths 1-2 hours.

12. Can I stay with my pet during the grooming session?
   - For the safety and efficiency of our groomers and to ensure a calm environment for all pets, we typically ask owners to leave their pets with us. We do offer express services however-- and paired with our café, time will quickly zoom by!
